Managing Scheduled Actions

The Scheduled Actions section lets you add the activities such as registration renewal, safety inspection, or emission control check that are performed on the asset at a scheduled interval.

A scheduled action added to an asset is available on the Repairs tab when a work order is created for that asset after the due date of scheduled action. You can select the scheduled action as a repair and perform the repair. Once the repair is completed, the next due date of the scheduled action is automatically updated in the Scheduled Action section.

After a scheduled action is performed as a repair, the Previous Due/Begins and Next Due dates are updated based on the following settings as defined in the Setup module:

When SA is performed prior to due date or meter reading, the Previous Due/Begins and Next Due dates are not updated.
