The Customer Portal lets you provide your customers with access to view limited data and/or make requests related to their vehicles via a URL.
Before you or one of your customers can access the Customer Portal, you will need to work with your System Administrator to:
Once you have your site's URL for accessing the Customer Portal and have ensured login credentials for the individual who will be accessing the portal, you are ready to provide the customer with access to the portal.
Note: Information for System Administrators regarding how to set up access to the Customer Portal can be found in the Setup Manual.
In the initial Customer Portal screen, enter the Asset Number or License Plate Number and click the Continue button.

Note: You can access the assets of the organizations that you are assigned to. If an asset number or license plate number exists in multiple organizations, you can select the organization of the asset in the Select Organization list.
