The Edit Repair Group Component Action dialog box lets you edit the existing relation among group, component and action.
Tip
To view the Edit Repair Group Component Action dialog box, click the Edit Repair Group Component Action link.
1. Click the Setup module.
2. In the Application Setup section, do one of the following:
o Click next to the Maintenance option, and then click Repair Codes.
o In the Maintenance section of Application Setup, click the Repair Codes link.
The Repair Codes page opens.
3. In the Search-Repair Group Component Action section, select a group name and then click Search.
4. In the Search Result section, click Edit.
5. The Edit Repair Group Component Action dialog box opens.
6. In the Edit Repair Group Component Action dialog box, do one of the following:
o To add or remove one or more components, select one or more components and then click the appropriate button.
o To edit the selected component, click the Edit link in the corresponding Component row.
§ Edit the Asset Warranty Type and/or Status.
Note: In the Status list, if you select Obsolete, you cannot use that component for future transactions in FASTER Web.
§ When finished, click one of the following:
(i) Update to update the change
(ii) Cancel to disregard any change
7. When finished, click one of the following:
o Save to save the information and close the dialog box.
o Cancel to disregard any changes and close the dialog box.
1. In the Component list, select a component.
2. Do one of the following:
o To add or remove one or more actions, select one or more actions and then click the appropriate button.
o To edit a selected action, click the Edit link in the corresponding action row.

Note: In the Status list, if you select Obsolete, you cannot use that action for future transaction in FASTER Web.
§ When finished, click one of the following:
(i) Update to update the change.
(ii) Cancel to disregard any change.
3. When finished, click one of the following
o Save to save the information and close the dialog box.
o Cancel to disregard any changes and close the dialog box.
1. Click the Delete link in the Edit Repair Group Component Action dialog box.
The Delete Repair Group Component Action dialog box opens.
Note: If there is data in your system that contains the value you are attempting to delete, the value cannot be deleted.
2. Click one of the following:
o Yes, Delete Value to permanently delete the component.
o Cancel to disregard changes and close the dialog box.
