TipIn the Edit Picklist Value dialog box, you can modify or update the existing group information.
Tip
To view the Edit Repair Group dialog box, click the Edit Repair Group link.
1. Click the Setup module.
2. In the Application Setup section, do one of the following:
o Click 
next to the Maintenance option, and then click Repair Codes.
o In the Maintenance section of Application Setup, click the Repair Codes link.
The Repair Codes page opens.
3. Click the Group tab.
4. In the Search Repair Group section, do one of the following:
o In the Group Code box, type a group code.
o In the Group Description box, type a brief description about the group.
o In the Repair Category list, select a category.
Note: Select the Exact Match check box if you are sure that you have entered the correct code in the Group Code box and selected the correct category in the Category list.
5. Click Search.
The Repair Group grid displays the search results along with the following information:
o Action
o Group Code
o Group Description
o Category
o Status
6. Click Edit next to a repair group that you want to edit.
The Edit Picklist Value dialog box opens.
7. In the Edit Picklist Value dialog box, change the Group Code, Group Description, and Repair Category fields as required.
8. When finished, click one of the following:
o Save to save the information and close the dialog box.
o Cancel to disregard any changes and close the dialog box.
o Make Value Obsolete to temporarily remove the group from the category.
o Delete to permanently delete the group from the category.
