Create Note

Steps to add a note to a record
  1. Search for and view the appropriate record.
  2. Click the Notes tab.
  3. Click the Add New Note link.
  4. Enter the relevant information in the Add Note dialog box.

Required fields are marked with a red *.

  1. When finished, click one of the following:

Note: After you add a note to a vendor record, the notes icon is displayed in the Notes tab.

View Note

Steps to view a note
  1. Search for and view the appropriate record.
  2. Click the Notes tab.

Note: A notes icon in the Notes tab indicate that a note is added to the vendor record.

  1. Click the Show All Notes link to view all notes or click the next to the subject of the note you wish to view.

Edit Note

Steps to edit a note
  1. Search for and view the appropriate record.
  2. Click the Notes tab.

Note: A notes icon in the Notes tab indicate that a note is added to the vendor record.

  1. Click the expand arrow and the Edit Note link for the note, which will open the Edit Note dialog box.
  2. Make the desired changes. When finished, click one of the following:

Delete Note

Steps to delete a note
  1. Search for and view the appropriate asset record.
  2. Click the Notes tab.

Note: A notes icon in the Notes tab indicate that a note is added to the vendor record.

  1. Click the Edit Note link for the note you wish to delete, which will open the Edit Note dialog box.
  2. Click the Delete link.
  3. In the next dialog box, click one of the following:
