Direct Charge Transactions
Purpose
This report lists direct charge transaction details within a specified date range. It displays item issues, item returns as separate records, and other costs. The report shows the direct charge document number, asset number, received by, and description fields for each direct charge document. It shows the storeroom, item number, item name, user name, repair descriptions, date, quantity, and cost for item issue and item return transactions. You can view the other cost code and description, user name, posting date, and cost for other costs.
Provides
- Review items issued and returned for a selected period.
- View direct charge charges for a department or equipment number.
- Check other costs.
- Review direct charges for a particular project number (if added in the Description fields.)
When to Run
As needed.
Running the Report
Steps to view a report
- Click the Reports tab.
The Standard window opens.
- In the Inventory section, click Direct Charge Transactions.
- In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.
Required parameters are indicated by an *.
- Click on the View Report button.
- Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.

- Search by a keyword using the Find/Next box at the top of the screen.

- To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

- Click the Export button.

- Select the appropriate format.
This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
