Fleet Activity Summary Report
Purpose
This report provides a summary of fleet activity. The report consists of 4 sections: Work order count summaries by maintenance shop, PM count summaries by PM type, fuel summaries by fuel type, and items received and issued summaries by storeroom for the date range specified. It also shows the actual, markup, and billings cost of fuel and items.
Provides
- View how many work orders were open at the beginning of a specified date range, how many work orders were closed during a specified date range, and how many work orders were open at the end of a specified date range.
- View how many PM's were completed during a specified date range.
- View how many gallons were dispensed, how many gallons were billed, and total fuel costs for a specified date range.
- View how many line items were received and issued, and total cost of items received and issued for a specified date range.
Running the Report
Steps to view a report
- Click the Reports tab.
The Standard window opens.

In the Maintenance section, click Fleet Activity Summary Report.
- In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.
Required parameters are indicated by an *.
- Click on the View Report button.
- Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.

- Search by a keyword using the Find/Next box at the top of the screen.

- To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

- Click the Export button.

- Select the appropriate format.
This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
