PM Labor Percentage
Purpose
This is a report comparing PM and Non-PM labor performed over a period of time. Use this report to:
- Determine the amount of preventative work versus reactive, pointing to potential problems with the PM scheduling process.
- Promote PM's as the larger percentage of total work being done.
Provides
- A summary of PM hours and cost, and non-PM hours and cost.
- Accident, warranty, and capital hours and cost by technician, shop and company.
- Percentage of PM hours and cost compared to total hours and cost.
When to Run

Running the Report
Steps to view a report
- Click the Reports tab.
The Standard window opens.

In the Maintenance section, click PM Labor Percentage.
- In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.
Required parameters are indicated by an *.
- Click on the View Report button.
- Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.

- Search by a keyword using the Find/ Next box at the top of the screen.

- To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

- Click the Export button.

- Select the appropriate format.
This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
