Assets Without PM Information

Purpose

Displays a list of all the assets that do not have PM (Preventative Maintenance) information setup on the PM's, SA's tab of the asset record. Use this report to verify that PM information is set up on all assets wherever necessary.

Provides

·       Basic asset information and meter information for the designated primary meter.

·       List of assets that does not have PM information set up in FASTER Web or a PM performed in FASTER.

Running the Report

Steps to view a report
  1. Click the Reports tab.

The Standard window opens.

  1. In the Assets section, click Assets Without PM Information.
  2. In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.

Required parameters are indicated by an *.

  1. Click the View Report button in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.
  3. Search by a keyword using the Find/Next box at the top of the screen.
  4. To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

Steps to export a report to another program
  1. Click the Export button.
  2. Select the appropriate format.

This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
