Asset Inventory Snapshot

Purpose

This report displays asset inventory levels from the Accounting Domain/ Manage Closeout Processes/ Inventory Snapshot tab. Use this report to:

• Monitor changes in fleet size.
• Get a list of assets from closeout process snapshots.

Provides

• Asset inventory levels from a specific closeout.
• Asset organization, department, asset number, asset year, make, model, class, class description, and asset status description.
• An asset count at the end of each department/ organization.

When to Run

As needed.

Running the Report

Steps to view a report

1. Click the Reports tab.

The Standard window opens.

2. In the Assets section, click Asset Inventory Snapshot.

3. In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.

Required parameters are indicated by an *.

4. Click on the View Report button.
5. Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.
6. Search by a keyword using the Find/Next box at the top of the screen.
7. To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

Exporting the Report

Steps to export a report to another program:

1. Click the Export button.
2. Select the appropriate format.

This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
